Our company is a medium size operation with a CNC precision
machining area with State of the art American,
japanese and german made equipment.
We also have a conventional machining equipment area.
The range of part sizes that can be handled is from a couple of
inches to 40 inches in diameter and from a few pounds to a ton.
The raw materials can be of bar stock or part
assemblies or castings.
The location of our operation is 300 miles south west of Laredo,
TX, and 600 miles south of El Paso, TX. There are daily flights
from Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas.
Our personnel is English capable and have experience in the
export of goods to the United States.
At present we perform machine work for American and European
companies that manufacture various types of equipment here in
Mexico. Our experience is not only in the machining field, there
is expertise in foundry and pattern equipment field and we can
also assemble components into finished product.
Industrias Bartheneuf’s internal quality system is ISO
9001:2008 certified, and is APQP and PPAP
capable.
