Two of our machine tools have the
capability to "ON-MACHINE INSPECTION" to check each parts
quality. Our VF7 / 50 Taper vertical machining centers (two
machines)
are outfitted with the Renishaw probing system and PRODUCTIVITY
- PLUS hardware to be able to inspect each part as per-customer
specs. And interface with a statistical process control program
that will down load a written report for each part inspected. |
